Joe Udell brings extensive marketing experience with both Business to Business and Business to Consumer clients, including Fortune 500 corporations in such areas as automotive, retail, technology, communications, public sector, education, and hospitality.

With over 25 years of experience in developing compelling integrated database and direct marketing strategies across a wide range of client goals including: acquisition, retention, growth and deepening customer loyalty.  

Beyond these crucial business areas, leading strategic efforts around performance metrics and detailed analytics providing key customer insights and help to refine and drive strategic direction and decisions.  UdellDirect has the ability to quickly understand a client’s business challenges and develop the necessary perspective to help them grow their business.

Most recently, for three years he served as Senior Vice President of Analytics / Client IT and Chief Program Strategist with a leading full-service direct marketing agency.  In 1984 Joe founded Addressing Your Needs a database marketing agency located in Austin that was a pioneer in delivering integrated marketing services and analytics to businesses nationally.  In 2001 he sold the agency to a division of a Fortune 500 company.
